By accessing or using Bigger Faster (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Bigger Faster is a directory that helps companies discover and compare marketing and growth agencies. Profiles are compiled from publicly available sources and from information submitted by approved agency representatives. Some directory content may include sample data for demonstration purposes.

Listing an agency does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of its services. Badges such as “verified” reflect our review processes at a point in time, not a warranty of quality or outcomes. You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting any agency you engage, and any engagement is between you and that agency.

We work to keep directory information current, but we do not guarantee that any profile is complete, accurate or up to date. Agencies can request corrections or claim their profile via the for-agencies page.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• scrape, harvest or bulk-download directory content without our prior written permission;
• submit false or misleading information, including fraudulent claim requests;
• impersonate any person, agency or affiliation;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Service; or
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Claiming a profile is subject to our review and verification. By submitting information to a claimed profile, you represent that you are authorized to act for that agency and that the information is accurate, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Service. We may edit, decline or remove submitted content and may revoke claims that violate these terms.

The Service — including its design, text, and the selection and arrangement of directory content — is owned by Bigger Faster or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Agency names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance in the directory does not imply affiliation with us.

The Service links to third-party websites, including agency websites and social profiles. We are not responsible for their content or practices; visiting them is at your own discretion.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bigger Faster will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues or data, arising from your use of the Service — including decisions made in reliance on directory content or any engagement with a listed agency.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these terms; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Bigger Faster is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
